THE Coventry Watercolour Society’s Annual Exhibition is taking place in Kenilworth Library from October 19-29 – but this year shoppers also get an extra chance to see some works in advance.
Waitrose in the town is again sponsoring the exhibition, and will be giving a two-day preview of it in the foyer of their store on Monday and Tuesday 17-18 October.

The exhibition features original watercolours by the group, and unframed originals, prints and cards. Visitors to the preview will also be able to vote for their favourite painting and win a Christmas hamper of Waitrose food.
Chairman of the society, Alan Tyers, said: “The continued support of Waitrose Kenilworth, as part of their Community Matters Programme, has given us a unique opportunity to bring the work of our members right into the heart of Kenilworth.”
The exhibition will then be on show in the Conference Room of Kenilworth Library, from October 19-29, except Sunday.
